Shilajit is a natural and ancient remedy found only in the highest mountain ranges on earth. It is formed over millennia, by the gradual biodegradation of certain plants by the action of microorganisms.

Shilajit is an ancient mineral that comes in the form of a resin. It is one of the main remedies in Ayurvedic medicine and contains many different vitamins and minerals in a highly bioavailable format. Shilajit is said to; boost brain function, act as an anti-aging compound, powerful anti-oxidant with anti-viral properties, eliminate chronic fatigue, prevent altitude sickness (hence why it is used by Sherpas when guiding climbers up Mt Everest!), boost fertility, testosterone and much more.
